Ronimo Games, best known for 2D MOBA Awesomenauts, is making a… wait, this real? Ok, um, Ronimo is indeed making Swords and Soldiers 2 as a downloadable game for the Wii U. The original was a WiiWare title launched in 2009 for the original Wii, which eventually marched on to PSN and Steam.
No release date is mentioned for the sequel, but the studio plans to show the game behind closed doors at March’s Game Developers Conference in San Francisco and then have it “publicly playable” at April’s sold-out PAX East in Boston.
