Does Swype have its sights set on expanding its territory to other platforms? It turns out that there’s a chance we could one day see Swype on iOS , at least according to VP Aaron Sheedy.
Sheedy recently participated in a Q&A session on Reddit, where the topic of Apple licensing Swype technology was broached. Sheedy avoided saying too much, but was able to confirm that the Swype team has been in talks with Apple to one extent or another.
While that’s interesting to hear, it sure leaves a lot open to guesswork and interpretation.
