Today some of T-Mobile’s prepaid user shave been receiving SMS messages from the carrier letting them know their account was impacted by a cyber security attack (link to T-Mobile’s statement).
Please note that T-Mobile says no financial information or passwords were compromised. The hackers did get away with CPNI, account number and phone and address information. At the time of posting we, we don’t have information on how many accounts were touched by the hackers.
