Bayonetta 2 is one of the more “hardcore” Wii U exclusives. The hack and slash sequel will be released in Japan on September 20, and a month later in Europe and North America. We’ve got some new gameplay footage from the game, including the opening prologue cut-scene.
While all three videos are pretty brief, they give us a good glimpse at the game, the gameplay, the visuals, as well as the soundtrack. And it looks like fans of the original Bayonetta will not be disappointed: the gameplay is just as fast-paced and intense as before.
Bayonetta 2 will include the original game as well, both in the retail and download versions. The game will get a massive 5-disc soundtrack as well, and finally, Funimation will bring a Bayonetta anime as well. So we’ll be seeing plenty of Bayonetta this Fall.
