The Order 1886 is a gorgeous game, and all that art design had to come from somewhere, right? Sony and developer Ready at Dawn recently revealed the official The Order 1886 art book, and apparently it was so popular that it has already sold out of its initial stock on Amazon. It only took a few days to sell out the first batch of books.
The book, titled Blackwater Archives — The Art of The Order: 1886, is a gorgeous, leather-bound, 260 page book filled with artworks from the game, including concept art, graphic design, sketches, and more.
The book showcases all the effort that went into designing the game, its setting, characters, items, enemies, and everything else.
As the Amazon listing shows, the item is “currently unavailable” and they don’t know when it will be back in stock. This usually means that Amazon has gotten no notice from the publisher about more issues coming anytime soon.
Hopefully Sony will print some more issues, because it looks like a great item for collectors to have.
