Namco today unveiled The Wolfman Mobile Game by Namco. Developed through a licensing agreement with Universal Partnerships & Licensing, the side-scrolling action game is launching in support of Universal Pictures’ “The Wolfman,” in theaters on February 12, 2010. Inspired by the classic Universal film that launched a legacy of horror, the all-new action-horror film starring Oscar winners Benicio Del Toro and Anthony Hopkins brings the myth of a cursed man back to its iconic origins.
About the Game
The Wolfman Mobile Game by Namco brings the action from the motion picture to the mobile platform. Players control two different characters with their own unique abilities in the game: Lawrence Talbot and The Wolfman. The fast-paced game is full of terrifying scenes as the player battles enemies with razor-sharp claws and powerful jaws.
Game Features:
- 10 challenging levels, ranging from settings in the quaint English Countryside to the cobblestone streets of Victorian London.
- Various enemies to battle, including angry villagers, woodland creatures, hospital orderlies and English Bobbies.
- Multiple interactive objects and obstacles, such as spike pits, wooden boxes that can be pushed or dragged, vertical ladders and ropes to climb, and floor triggers that unlock doors, bridges and traps.
