Verizon on Friday put up a home page ad as well as a teaser page confirming the iPad 2 would be available in its stores on March 11. The EVDO-equipped 3G version will reach the carrier’s stores the same time as the Wi-Fi and HSPA 3G versions.
The carrier has already said it plans to use the same pricing as for its current iPad + MiFi bundles, which offer contract-free data at $20 for 1GB per month, $35 for 3GB, $50 for 5GB and $80 for 10GB.
