The Washington Post today released an native iPad application. The iPad version of the paper contains all print articles, as well as access to blogs. Some app-specific features include photo and video galleries, and offline caching for reading when away from Internet access.
An core feature of the app is Live Topics, which combines popular stories with comments being posted to Twitter and Facebook.
The app is a free download, but requires registering a web account with the Post, and will ultimately require a paid subscription for full access after February 15th.
