Fresh off his Season 2 renewal for “Last Man on Earth,” Will Forte has booked another gig.
Forte will appear — in the flesh — in an episode of Disney XD’s “Lab Rats”, Variety has learned. The “SNL” alum, who has flexed his voice-acting chops throughout the series as the smart-home system Eddy, will finally make a guest star appearance as Eddy in human form for the first time later this year.
The action adventure series, which centers around a group of super-powered teens, stars Billy Unger, Spencer Boldman, Kelli Berglund, Tyrel Jackson Williams and Hal Sparks.
Past guest stars on the show, now in its fourth season, include Noah Wyle (“ER,” “Falling Skies”), Andre Ethier of the L.A. Dodgers) and NASCAR racer Joey Logano.
