Microsoft has announced the slate of four games set to be made available for free to Xbox Live Gold members during August, including two each for Xbox One and Xbox 360.
Among the games coming next month are both Metro games on Xbox 360 and Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes on Xbox One, which comes just ahead of The Phantom Pain’s launch on September 1. You can see the full schedule below.
Xbox One:
- Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes (August 1-31)
- How to Survive: Storm Warning Edition (August 16-September 15)
Xbox 360:
- Metro 2033 (August 1-15)
- Metro: Last Light (August 16-31)
One of July’s two games for Xbox One, So Many Me, remains available until August 15.
Microsoft announced last month that it would begin offering two games for both Xbox One and Xbox 360 each month as part of the Games With Gold program. Previously, Xbox One often received only a single new game.
Both Ground Zeroes and Metro 2033 will be available for free to Gold members starting this Saturday, August 1. In the meantime, it’s not too late to still grab some of July’s games, including Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and Gears of War 3.
